Upgrade to 1.17 without steam

How can I download upgrade to 1,17 without Steam?

ATS is steam only and you can only update with steam, but if I read this question my first thought is that you use a pirated copy of ATS, but I can have it wrong.
Besides that, there isn't a v1.7 update for ATS

If you're referring to the ETS2 1.27 version, SCS hadn't released the non-Steam update to it. At least on the update page from here http://www.eurotrucksimulator2.com it isn't listed.

I have no piraty copy of ETS2. I don`t like Stream. I have big problem with Steam with other games. I can not log in and I have no connection with Steam server.
