I really hope that the traffic spawn rates will be corrected in the Russian part of the map. Some of the car spawn rates are ridiculous, even worse than classic Caddies and doorless Jeeps in ATS. I think it's just a some kind of "tag" or "label", only the visual. Like a bitrate number or language in the online radio: you may change it to show whatever you want, but it won't improve the bitrate of the actual stream or change its language.

Yes, there's Evanston on the map. As well as southeastern part of Cheyenne and some other roads to Wyoming. It's pretty normal to have a bit of the next DLC map near the border.

setting correct intensities to light sources like steet lamps made this more apparent, unfortunately. Yeah, definitely more noticeable. And having all cab interior brightly lit under the streetlights is kinda distracting. But I get that it's the current limitations of the game engine. Maybe you can...
