My biggest wishes for the future are an improved LOD behavior so that objects don't just pop up and the integration of DLSS and FSR.

I think the new user interface is much better and definitely an improvement. The old interface was just dusty, after all, that was the design from 12 years ago.

The LOD behavior and especially the popping up of objects that are not visible from a distance is not worthy of a modern engine. I hope that improvements can be made here, because my RTX 4090 and my Ryzen™ 7 7800X3D are already bored.

Yes, a LOD level is missing for the illuminated night texture. The problem therefore occurs everywhere where this building is located. Basically SCS only needs to fix the texture, then it will work everywhere again.

I would only buy the DLC pack if the DLC also contains the trailers with the Kässbohrer label, as the Tirsan trailers are sold in Europe under the Kässbohrer label.
