I still can't get it to work. I'm giving up on it.I download it,drag into mod file like any other mod,start ETS2, activate it in - game mods, put in the exact order stated,start game,teleport to border,gates still closed??

Doesn't work for me either. Extracted it normally into mod folder and activated it in the ETS2 game start mod file. It seems to be working for you and other people but not me,so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.I've downloaded and extracted like I do with any other mod.
