Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
Do we know what are the main improvements on the lighting system? Technically. What should I pay attention when a screenshot shown to me? Because I'm blind, you know. I don't have time for digging screens from 2017 and compare them with software when a "new" screenshot tells me nothing. I don't work...

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
I'm thinking the aim of MP in this game.
How can we cooperate? Driving in convoys? How different that from driving behind an AI truck? What is the gameplay benefit of the MP (like in Spintires where we truly cooperate)?
Anyway, Simon is 50k, isn't he. I've been here too long

Re: SCS Blender Tools
Is there method to check the UV map on the parts with a UV checker image ? Other words can I set a paintjob on the truck (which has a solid colour now)? I want to import parts and add set painted materials on that. This needs new UV maps. I can set and place the mapping when I open the surrounding p...

Pillows. Really?
Reflective west on co-driver seat, safety helmet at windshield, cups in holders, telepass boxes, papers (like crm) on table/in shelf, keys/passcard on holder, paper map, gloves, etc... Come to my mind in one second when we are talking about a simulator.

To say that ETS2 has not evolved in graphics is an exaggeration. If you take that ETS2 from 2012 and compare it to today ETS2, the changes are obvious. It's about progression of the quality over 6 years. Could you please select which screenshot was taken in 2014, 2017 and 2020? http://imghost.david...

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
I agree with piva the look is outdated and the speed of the development is a bit slow. "WOW, what a light system" they say... And with the next update you will get 5% of what you see on the screenshots. "Okey, no problem it will better with some updates." Seriously? We talk about literally years , w...

Re: ETS2 1.40 speculation thread
Why a prefab has to be updated because of the new light system? Light reflections and things like that? If so, then what about vehicle/accessories/all models? Every model in every mod have to be updated as well?
