Am I the only one who thinks they just reused/slightly changed this from the start of the game where you pick the city? You also get a city "flyover".

As far as Czech Republic goes, most info can be found on pjpk including the new standard for traffic signs - VL 3 and 6.1 as well as the general standards, namely TP 58, 65, 66, 100, 133 and 186 . If the documets are missing, shoot an email at them, they provided me with VL 6.1 for my signs back in ...

A solution I am using involves Steam. Install Steam and start it up in Big Picture mode, under display settings, select the monitor you want to play the game on. Each cabin has to have a set of all locators if they are using separate roots. Also check if you have "driver" there.

If automated process gives you degenerated polys, then you need to decimate by hand. There's no magic to do it for you.
