The accessory cannot be specified as "default" in any of the defs. Also, the pin itself cannot be "required" in the truck data file.

You're missing some needed locators (interior, ex_interior) and possibly others. There are some locators that absolutely have to be present, otherwise it's gonna crash on you without telling you why. You are also missing a path to glass data.
