There's heaps of skinning tutorials around, both to do file structure and tobj generation manually, and equally many on how to add new models into Mod Studio for generation through that. You'd be much better off seeking out those than trying to rely on every individual modder to help you out.

It's already been announced during SCS' christmas stream. The 2021 FH is under development at SCS, and part of the release deal with Volvo is that the 2012 FH also get's an upate bringing it up to par, obviously making sense since the cab structure is the same.
