I just made the missing badges I needed for the engines, not all of them.

A manual badge selection is probably the cleanest way to go. All you need to worry are the correct suitable lines in the def files.
You are more than welcome to use the badges from my mod, if it helps you out.

The thing with the XT engine badges is, that in order for them to move properly, the node needs to be moved from chassis to the cabin. Or you would need to create another, separate node.
