If it is exactly like you describe - occasional lag with no or very little FPS change - then it's an input lag and it can be caused by tweaking some driver settings, as it was in my case. Well, it's cool if you have time and will to dig into a disassembled game executables, but if crash has happened inside a game you'll never know a reason just by looking at the crash log. I know about mods and these warnings are not critical (that's why they are warnings). And there is not a single warning/error in 12 minutes before crash. I would've checked it on a clean profile, but I can't reproduce it even on the same setup. I think crashes are better to be always reported than n...
