Yes, I had the same problem and it worked perfectly!

Promods have Kenworth trucks that should only spawn in Russia, but actually they spawn parked all over the map. You need to delete the kenworth files in the promods def file

1. def/vehicle/traffic_storage_truck.kenworth_w900.sii
2. def/vehicle/ai/kenworth_w900_c_traffic.sii
