The current engine simulation works by taking the RPMs, mapping them into power using an user-defined torque map, then calculating the tractive force and fuel consumption. How would a simulation like you devised work using a comprehensible number of parametres?

...that is physically capable of going faster than 90+something km/h under its own power (90+something is 90km/h in most of Europe, 99km/h in Germany, Turkey and Greece and 105km/h in Romania). If it is not, no speed limiter is necessary.

There are various variants of Ecotorq ranging from 300 to 500hp, all satisfying Euro VI. These options may be faked if Ford-Otosan agrees.
