The issue being that the caption reads "Interstate 90," which is incorrect. (I-90 starts in Seattle.)

I think it's time we got a more realistic-looking stop sign in the game. The ones we have in game have been essentially the same since 1.0. Real stop signs use FHWA standard alphabet Series C. The ones in game are nothing like this.

The Alphabet Loop is partially there if you look on the flycam (the only bit missing is the I-670 bridge). It'll most likely be included in the eventual Missouri DLC. I can confirm it as well. The lines cross just above the weigh station on I-70 between Junction City and Topeka.
