I have similar issue, and so far wasn't able to figure out what causing such hit. As a temporary workaround try to reduce Light visibility ranges in the bottom of Graphics settings menu, or change amount of traffic with console command g_traffic 0.5 (try different values to find optimal balance bet...

Great mod so far TG. Its a great compilation of modifications that improve the quality of the gameplay and looks. Consider some feature photos to showcase what your mod offers to the community. People love to see what they're working with.
