Re: Nebraska Discussion Thread
I could also see the segment of US-212 in Wyoming coming with South Dakota as it really just connects South Dakota to Montana.

Re: Kansas Discussion Thread
I still like the events, but I agree with the super low speed limits. I understand why they do it to keep people from blitzing through the challenge, but I would like the limit raised to the maximum road speed limit in the game (80 mph). I also don't really use most of the cabin accessories or any o...

Re: Christmas Event
Yes. No seasonal changes, always very hot in most of the map during daytime. Vegetation looks exactly the same every time you drive by it. I know it would be a big effort to bring actual seasons into ATS as they would have to get all the deciduous trees to have their leaves change color and drop off...

Re: Christmas Event
In my opinion this year's Christmas event is the best one yet. I love the driving on snow - the audio is fantastic. I hope this is a preview of them eventually bringing seasons into the game. It would be cool to get the winter effect on the Colorado mountain roads. It seems that the physics don't al...

Re: Kansas Discussion Thread
With bags of seeds on the dropside trailers in ETS 2 as cargo already we should already have had that as flat bed cargo to imo. Kansas (and the whole midwest) is a great opportunity to add new flatbed cargoes. Really most every industry should have some kind of flatbed delivery or pickup. If you ow...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
What I was trying to convey by comparison with Albuquerque & Portland was that they're built to make the metro areas feel huge. I agree with those above that surface street connections in addition to freeways are desirable. I do like the dense clusters of depots within the bigger cities though, ...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
I really liked the way they set up Albuquerque and Portland with clusters of depots connected by highways giving you the feeling of being in a much bigger city. Could also take the Phoenix approach and also connect with the bigger surface streets. I'm thinking maybe do this for L.A. on a much bigger...

Re: Colorado Discussion Thread
This is another route I would like. That works in reverse too. Sterling (and soon Nebraska) to Fort Collins begs for CO14 if you don't want to have to go through Cheyenne or south of town. I also wanted CO14 from Fort Collins to US40 in the west to get around Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park while pulling trail...

Re: Colorado Discussion Thread
I would also be happy to accept CO94 / US40, but that would be a lot more work for SCS.

Re: Colorado Discussion Thread
Shouldn't need to go crazy adding length to US24 if/when they add it. The main point of the road (assuming no depots added) is to get east from southern I-25 without having to go through Denver. Will have added importance if/when we get a rush hour heavy traffic feature.
