For cargo icons, 122x96 px should be the correct format. But when saving the DDS file, please make sure that you use an uncompressed format (like A8R8G8B8) with no mipmaps.

An update is available for the German Companies Skinpack here and in Steam Workshop, changelog:
- added 4 new companies: Alois Ridder, Bussmann, Silog, Wagner (ex. Dietsch)
- added some truck skins for Greiwing and Schwarzer
- updated all automats to new format

The path in your error log refers to a model that is contained in "Ekeri_Full_Trailers_Revision_by_Kast".
Please make sure you are using the latest version of this mod, and not the old "Ekeri_full_trailer_addon_by_Kast".

My guess is that you don't have the 'Ekeri Full Trailers Revision' mod by Kast activated.
