Re: Massively delayed force feedback Thrustmaster (TMX FFB) [150317]

Yes this is only a temporary workaround but as I said the devs are looking into it. What they can do is reduce the amount of data that is sent to the wheel. It seems like there are some redundant events that are flooding the driver. Try repeating an experiment I did: drive slowly towards an obstacle...

Re: Massively delayed force feedback Thrustmaster (TMX FFB) [150317]

Thanks for the info. It's not certain that it's the driver fault, it could be at some other layer between the game and the steering wheel, like direct input or something else. I haven't tried 20H2 yet as well.

Re: Massively delayed force feedback Thrustmaster (TMX FFB) [150317]

I have an update on the issue for everyone who's interested/affected. I've been testing this issue yesterday and exchanging messages with Devs. Turns out it wasn't introduced in any game update - I reverted back to 1.31 and was still able to reproduce it. The issue seems to be linked to the Windows ...

Re: Massively delayed force feedback Thrustmaster (TMX FFB)

I have the same issue in both ATS and ETS2 - I was thinking it's something with my system/hardware but thanks to your report now I'm sure it's not. My steering wheel is Thrustmaster T150 so it looks like it may be Thrustmaster related issue. I also tried reinstalling and I went even further - I down...

Re: Needed Help, Assistance, Advice

The thing is if you put that file in your mod, the game will load it instead of the original file. You will have to make sure that your file is always up to date with the original one. About the parameters, it's like Braakie wrote. pin_dir and pin_dir_uk are direction vectors. So "pin_dir[]: (-1, 0,...

Re: Needed Help, Assistance, Advice

Pin positions are defined in /def/truck_config_scene.sii - but you better do not override this file in your mod. If devs change something in it, your mod could break the scene.

@Harven I have spotted one thing you missed, there's a new material for the renault magnum.
You're right, dif.spec.weight.add.env.nofresnel - I wanted to use that shader sometime ago but wasn't available back then. Here's the updated preset.

Re: SCS Blender Tools

I don't mind sharing but it may not cover all cases, I only added the aux[5] attribute to dif.lum, flare and unlit.vcol.tex shaders. If you have a model imported of created with the original preset file you need to make sure to re-select the shader preset for each material with aforementioned shared...
