at the moment there's no option to make different texture variants of doors, but you can change the texture of it which is in "vehicle/trailer_owned/schmitz_mega/upgrade/body/textures/paint_001.dds" . However, it will appear on every curtain skin you choose in trailer dealer.

I'll fix it in future, doors and front will be paintable also (if I manage to do so)
Spare wheels sure, in next version.

Hmm I think if there will be little less space, the trailer would hit the truck. I tested it with sogards low decks and its ok.
