I hope this eventually reaches in the previous states, especially Kansas and Idaho!

It's a matter of time arrives in other states. Kansas is likely to be one of the first, then Idaho and other states that have the same logic.

Very possible that DX12 and Vulkan will come along with Multicore support. Why it will be a benefit to have Multicore with DX12 and Vulkan.

Oh yes, I had forgotten about the 9900i and 5700XE

Basically now only missing the 57X to receive a cabin suspension.

SCS is preparing to release ETS2 and ATS on consoles in a few years, which will require more work and more people and have all content pairable at the same time with the PC and Console version.
