Assuming that most people like their wheel, this might indeed be helpful for people trying to pick a new one.

All that talk about wheels makes me curious which wheels are most popular or most commonly used... It might be interesting if someone set up a poll for that, but then you'd first have to make sure that you have a complete list of (common) options.

Does anybody know the location of the last part of the video, with the castle/fort at the side of a lake?

I thought it's probably on highway 2 passing the Vierwaldstättersee or maybe Lake Lugano, but some searching with Google Streetview didn't yield a result yet

I like that existing marked towns are kept, if only for the town's history in the game and the continuity. Hilt might have stayed Holbrook. Huron can stay Huron. San Rafael... That's a tough one, because San Jose is clearly a better choice. Same for Oakdale and Modesto, probably...But if a switch is...
