Today 2 roadworks on the A3: Odos Kentrikis Elladas have been finished and opened for traffic.

* Lamia to Xyniada (18 km), exit 1 (A1 and EO 3), 2 (EO 38) and 3
* Trikala to Kalampaka (25 km), exit 10 (EO 6), 11 (EO 6) and 12 (EO 6).

There is some silence of 8 days already without a Nebraska blog.

I looked it up and you're right it was introduced in the Texas DLC. I wonder what the last exit will be in the Nebraska DLC on I-80.
