UPDATE: For testing purposes I made a new profile and on that ATS seems to run without any detectable twitches. So it seems that more advanced state in my older profile might have some cause for the twitching, I'm on level 20 and recently bought some new garages, now having 8 of them in total, equi...

Thanks! I have it on dual HDD RAID0, that is being automatically defragged in the background by PerfectDisk (maybe the best defragger on the market - commercial, but much recommended). Current fragmentation level is 0%, so that might not be the problem, but good point to bring out anyway.
