Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next
Louisiana with 7 cities but Mississippi with 10? I have to scratch my head on that logic. It's more like the other way around. I got Louisiana with 10-11 and none remotely cramming another. I hope SCS does cram more than 7-8 into MS and AL. 16-17 is legit for a 12 man team to do in a decent time fra...

Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next
They should definitely stick to Colorado/Wyoming size dlc's as much as possible. Arkansas and Louisiana are small yes. But the line has to be drawn somewhere. Like Madkine said, they would just put less people on the dlc and still take the same amount of time. So for example, let's say a team has 12...

Re: ATS 1.50 Speculation Thread
DX12 is not just about graphics. No one is upset and talking about graphics right now, just DX12 in general because of the doors it opens. Pavel already stated pixel to pixel so graphics isn't really the issue.

Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next
Before Idaho, there where terrain texture issues and gaps/seams that where more noticeable with almost every map. Todays' mapping, is night and day for me compared to early day map dlc's though. I don't find many terrain bugs anymore but its also that I don't look for them so hard anymore either bec...

Re: Nebraska Discussion Thread
Well we did get 2 surprises on US-36 in Kansas so I wouldn't rule any possibilities out. We just have to wait until that road map blog comes.

Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next
Onagerlinn oldmanclippy is spot on. Oregon is probably the buggest dlc to have released for ATS imho. NM came first but even it wasn't as buggy. Lots of terrain bugs, lots of traffic control issues....lots of issues with AI. It wasn't a pretty dlc at all. You can look at the bug report the 1.32 bug...

Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next
Exactly. There is also no rule that SCS must get out an ATS map in a specific amount of time. We the community come up with 12 months or less. They will take longer if they have too. Take Nebraska for instance. Texas released in Nov of 2022. That team moved to Nebraska. Some of that team did Texas 2...

Re: Western Star Trucks Discussion Thread
oldmanclippy and JoeAlex23 I first saw the Twitter link and before I could read either of your post, the 4900 is exactly what I was thinking. Unless SCS is inking the deal for the 4900, I'm not interested at all. The 4900 is the last remaining truck we could get from WS for now. That would give us ...

Re: Nebraska Discussion Thread
Nice Sherlock Holmes investigation, lol. If we get most of all that, we'll get some good density to match up with Kansas.

Re: Louisiana Discussion Thread
Eh I don't think it's unanimous at all, if anything MS and AL have more to offer than Louisiana in a sheer volume comparison, but in terms of marketability and where we will be in ATS's life cycle by the time those states are ready to come, the case for releasing them in one DLC together is much st...
