Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
Until SCS can properly implement weight stations meaning........they fulfill their real purpose, it doesn't bother me not having weight stations. I remember Andrej (Duffator) back in the day talking about them when Oregon was in development. He's no longer at SCS though which shows how long ago that...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
^You added that to the Base Map research thread. Why add it in 2 places? At least you changed the wording up though to make it look different.

Re: Arkansas Discussion Thread
There's 63 miles from Brinkley to W. Memphis. That's a ton of space to get in one of the easier junctions in the game. If that exit exist for those truck stops, might as well run it into Mississippi to give dual purpose for that junction off I-40. Backroads in these country areas should play a huge ...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
Arizona is gonna look sweet when its rebuilt. Much more impressive than Nevada because it has more going on. But Nevada is in worse shape and less complex. If Primm stays marked, I just hope SCS includes Primm in phase 4 California. Otherwise it will be quite awkward having California stop at Primm ...

Re: Arkansas Discussion Thread
I'm really hoping we get the Brinkley exit to get US-49 into Mississippi. US-49 runs into US-61 that runs North and South in Mississippi. I honestly think that route is a must have. A very popular backroad into Memphis is thru Tunica, MS. Not to mention US-49 is the Northern most road we can get tha...

Re: ATS 1.50 Update Experimental Beta Discussion
A vanilla profile is always the best way to go. Its how SCS test before they kick it out to us. Especially for an update on this level. No telling what that mod did to the config file or any mod for that matter. Later in the update or later down the road in open beta, mods can be introduced so that ...

Re: Arkansas Discussion Thread
Yessss the Minnesota to Louisiana column is why I'm so excited that SCS listened and is giving us a break from the Great Plains. Lots to factor in. I think it will intrigue more ETS2 fans, more global fans looking for more green and hopefully more people in Eastern US. Denser green could give us a t...

Re: Arkansas Discussion Thread
Each state has more to showcase to meet the eye for sure and that is the great thing about what SCS does even at 1:20 scale. They bring enough vibe to do just enough justice. The level of detail now compared to 2016 is very interesting to most people. If someone is driving in LA...they want to feel ...

Re: ATS 1.50 Update Experimental Beta Discussion
Unfortunately the update will affect everyone differently. That's where ironing out everything comes into play to get it stable for all.

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
Don't sleep on lA and LA though. They might be smaller but they should be pretty packed with content. There is one issue that some Western states suffered and that's 1-2 fewer bodies than what should have happened. That results in missing roads or missing cities in most cases. I still think LA and I...
