Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
We are speculating, so I am gonna speculate that it is about South Dakota. That rock there just reminded me of Mount Rushmore for some reason. I am most probably wrong though.

Re: Are you satisfied with the direction in which the game is developing
The simplest thing to implement right now would be to make those European extendable trailers actually extendable IRL and also a container chassis from Krone, which is extendable as well. You pick a cargo for that trailer no matter the current extension of it. You go there and realize that you need ...

Re: ATS 1.47 Open Beta Discussion Thread
Well, road bumps, as they are implemented now, in a wavy fashion are also realistic, but not that frequent. There are sometime parts of the road where the asphalt is just wavy and it kinda feels like you are on a boat with some waves. Some waves are spread through whole width so your truck does not ...

We also need a seat suspension and setting its stiffness(preferably in cab in real time). And, well, if they implement it, they should make that seat animated as well. From what I've seen so far these bumps definitely need the seat suspension and also some refining but it is good it is in the game.

Re: Are you satisfied with the direction in which the game is developing
Now with road bumps implemented, they could use those random events with spilled oil, gravel on the road, or even make some potholes of varied size and depth as a random events and implement a different bumpiness for them. That would also improve the games by a lot. Or a new patch of asphalt, there ...

Re: Are you satisfied with the direction in which the game is developing
It adds more complexity to the interface the player is using. The turning on and off of features can create problems unseen. It's easy to ask for feature to add, but to implement without causing problems to existing features and physics can be problem. You need someone understands coding and game e...

At 3:00 https://youtu.be/zgcCvwaa4gA For these trailers, they could have done something like this for all types of animals. A small changes in walking animation for every specific animal, but that would not be too much of work. They really should start implementing any operation and interaction with...

Re: SCS General Discussion Thread
Though technically old Cascadia would win that if it ever saw the light of day. (99% sure it won't). I still have a bit of hope the old Cascadia(and other models as well)will come to ATS knowing that SCS has good relations with Daimler NA(especially with WS). It could just be the matter of time, st...

Re: Are you satisfied with the direction in which the game is developing
Welp, that's cool. But this would be interesting if we could unload the equipment/machines on top of Lowboy ourselves. But since that doesn't happen, maybe it doesn't make as much sense, if you know what I mean. But... it's not a bad idea. We don't necessarily need to load it ourselves. We still ha...
