I think Iveco S-Way. MAN TGX 2020 is to New, Actros MP5, we know how Mercedes is.

Then it depends on how you configure your truck in RL; on all trucks we have in our company, these lights turn on as soon as the engine is running. You may turn off that, but normally the trucks come with these lights coupled to the engine start. That's true. Guys, try the Scania truck configurator...
