perhaps you can find a possibility to connect your NorthMap with MHAPro Europe which is just ending where your map starts.
I tried it today but there are a lot of streets broken near Amsterdam and Zwolle as a Combo.

I just tried the map with v1.45 and it's seems to be a great work worth to give it a try.
No issues found, only perfect lancscape, an experienced driver challenge through small villages - real realistic.

Are there any Issues known with Itarevamp, Northmap or Cote d'Azur in a Vanilla MapCombo. Iberia Rebuild isn't part of it.
