Re: Nebraska Discussion Thread

We are roughly a month out (give or take) from the DLC coming out if we are on the same track as the other recent states. A month out in the best case scenario. I did some research and math and found that the longest Gameplay-Release Period (GRP) was 94 days (Utah), and the average such period leng...

Re: Poll: Choose (3) States you would like to see next

But what it can be is something combined with Alaska. Alaska is huge but it pretty bare. I'm not too keen on Hawaii (or Oahu, rather, since that's probably all of Hawaii we'd get), but Alaska would be awesome. I'd love to be able to drive the Dalton Highway in the game. Teleporting to Hawaii would ...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread

I'm wondering if someone can share a screenshot of the hidden road network in San Francisco. I almost don't want to see it, and discover it for myself, but I'm really curious. Did they really include Lombard Street, complete with the switchback part?

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread

The Sierra Nevada are obviously better than they were before, but they could definitey use a touch up, at least going by those screenshots. The color is better, but what's missing is the sheer scale of it; it should look like an impenetrable wall of rock. It's a let down, but it's in no way a dealbr...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread

Seerman , that view is awesome. All it needs is a little more detail on the beach. That's too bad about the Sierra Nevada along the 395, how they're sub-par. Can someone post a screenshot of them? How are they north of Bishop? Another thing I want to know is, how is Montgomery Pass on US 6? How abo...

@Quark You're correct, this is US 54 just east of El Dorado.

Here's a real hint: something around here has to do with gold.

Here's a very pleasant river crossing. Where is it?

Hint: it's a different one of these red dots:

That's US 197 in Oregon, near the junction with US 97, if I'm not mistaken. You're heading northbound.

Re: Big Sur

Doing that event right as Phase III released would also be really annoying, as the road would finally be reworked, only for it to be closed right away. Plus, the damage is relatively minor; WoT events like Big Sur should be reserved for higher-profile major disruptions of road being resolved, IMO, l...
