Obviously just guessing, but I'd say Austria/Switzerland. Those two Countries are still old and "in the middle of the map" enough to need a redo/reskin before others IMO. That or BeNeLux.

Do you think the weather icons on the map are just there to tease the Cascadia's release or could there be more behind it? I mean, in the old 18 WoS, when you opened the map, it was showing weather icons moving along, so I was wondering if the pic might suggest something down this line for the futur...
