I agree with room. It is more than likely you are missing the manifest, mod_description, and icon. Honestly out of those 3 you dont need to change anything, just make sure the mod contains them. So i just ran through it quick and got it going. When you export it, it will make a zip file. As soon as you open that zip file you will see folders but then also .pmc/.pmd/.pmg files. These files are the edited ones and you need to move and overwrite the ones within the vehicle folder. Made a short...
