Re: Crashes when I press "Run Map" and now I cant even open the editor program itself.
No idea. I never use "run map", I use the "-preview <mapname>" parameter, avoiding to run the game and the editor at the same time. But I just checked it, using "run map" is still possible for me. There are two errors in the log I would take seriously, NOT saying these ...

Re: How to add wheels to vehicle model in map editor?
Sure. A traffic vehicle is a composition of several PMG files. The minimum is the base model plus wheels, which are added dynamically. Map models are done with a single PMG. So you would have to copy a traffic vehicle PMG, edit it to merge some matching wheels, give it a new name, and make that new ...

Re: How to add wheels to vehicle model in map editor?
Vehicle models for driving are handled differently by the game engine than plain models, and aren't supposed to be placed with the map editor. To add wheels (or anything else missing) is a Blender or Zmodeler job.

Re: Is it possible for the road surroundings to "bend" under the influence of the weight of a passing truck?
Yes, sure, nearly every ground surface bends when a weight is applied. It happens when you walk through the house you live in. Ask the neighbors dwelling below you, when kids are trampling joyfully around. This kind of "bend" causes acoustic waves. Plain and simple physics. Wavelength, amp...

Re: map editor not loading currectly(purple color)
What about posting an editor session log? ("editor.log.txt") This looks like a missing texture, the log should reveal where it is missing... EDIT: Wait, I think I remember what the problem might be: if you call the editor without a proper map name, the related background map DDS can't be f...

Re: ETS 1 OpenGL Problem
Nothing obvious to see, no error. There are some differences to my log, but mostly about different hardware. Your log shows a "g_view_dist "1.0", which my game doesn't even know, but that looks harmless. Then your log has an r_mode "1920x1080x32x75", while mine ends with a z...

Re: ETS 1 OpenGL Problem
OpenGL was the default graphics option for ETS 1. So that should work better then DX something. Or was that true only for NVIDIA? It is more than a decade that I played the game. Just tried my old installation (with OpenGL). It is the old boxed version from disc, patched to 1.3, not Steam. Win 10. L...

Re: [Editor] Texture stretch while perpendicular to horizontal plane
I'm not familiar with Blender, same with conversion tools. No idea what could be done with TOBJ files, other than to change the path to a DDS. I thought only along map editor level. Hopefully, you will find a way. Would be nice if you could share such a changed TOBJ file, in case.
