Re: Why don't see see map previews while in progress of a DLC
No, they usually don't until maybe the week before the release (unless you count accidental glimpses of the dash GPS in screenshots and stuff). However, during the development of Texas 2.0, some sectors "leaked" into release versions. We could see that the road network varied quite a bit b...

Re: Base Map Rebuild (CA, NV, AZ) General Discussion Thread
@Supernovae Not sure why the Truckermudgeon map doesn’t show it, but Tonopah already had 2 gas stations in 1.49. That's correct. And the map does show them, you just need to zoom in close enough (or disable the new "icon hiding" option in the menu). https://truckermudgeon.github.io/#11.13...

Re: ATS 1.50 Update Experimental Beta Discussion
The latest patch still doesn't run on Mac OS. That's what I feared. I opted to not do the massive download to find out, hoping it'll be announced here in the changelog or by another user when macOS support is added. So, thanks for reporting this to us—and also thanks for reminding SCS about the Mac...

Re: ATS 1.50 Update Experimental Beta Discussion
I guess it depends on where you live, but I strongly disagree that the AI drives better than real traffic. It's because AI doesn't take decisions based on perception, nor by calculating its chances (can I still make this gap if I speed a little bit?). This is why the AI feels unnatural and bad, bec...

Re: ATS 1.50 Update Experimental Beta Discussion
The real world is much worse. So I'm not sure why there's constant complaints on the AI. Actually, I think the AI should be driving much worse than they are. That they're generally far nicer than IRL drivers is one of my complaints. Another one is the lack of navigation. AI tends to drive in circle...

Re: No Bitiman Prefab
Yes, that's why I said "sounds like", not "is the same as".
That said, if the Bitumen is a dynamic work site, which from your screenshot fairly obviously seems to be the case, then it almost certainly is the same issue.

Re: No Bitiman Prefab
For some reason a search for "231677" doesn't produce any results. Strange. A search for "Nielsen" does though: viewtopic.php?t=325700

Re: No Bitiman Prefab
I mean, it sounds like a particular issue which has been known for a long time and which is already tracked by SCS internally in their quality assurance system under the identification number 231677.
