Not working on 1.38. Mod shows incompatible while in mod manager to activate mod

I've used this mod along with Real Company Logos and company addon from Schumi on the Eurasia map combo from Wombat before and had no issues on any of the maps in that combo (ProMods, RusMap, Middle East, Turkey, Great Steppe, Southern Region, etc.)

I made a 1.37 fix. @BenganJ like I said. I have everything linked in his video. Do I need the other fix versions 1 and 2 as well? If so, then I do not have those

@BenganJ yes. I have downloaded everything he has listed. There are a few other things in there like Promods Middle East, YKSRSK+PMME RC, promods junction overhaul, and a ferry from PM to SR. I've tried it without these and it still crashes
