Humm, I think this is all in SCS map, not the C2C version. The sinking in the ground maybe related, depends on where the connection is made to the SCS map. The fuel station missing is in the SCS map. There is one north of Ogden and one in Salt Lake City only.

Right now this is all possible with mods, not with the game itself. Several posts like yours have asked for it..... Maybe one of these days an update will be added to do this.....
After thinking about it for a little while I wonder if I install the item, see what the game ID's it as, then create another item in the controls.sii file with that ID number in it and then clear it from the one that the game created in the control.sii file?
