I too have 4gb ram, and HDD and yeah, while I can drive in ultra settings, in cities and high density areas it gets choppy, but I can handle it. Just need some patience :) ... long patience :D FPS drop is not so much on cities, but in high forested areas it gets really low (5-10fps) but after passin...
