You can try with x2 of your vsync. So, if you have 60 fps you can set the acc_sens to 120. But it should work perfect with default value also. The number in the sens parameter is the amount of frames each refresh is made so 20 in 60hz is 3x per second, at 120hz it will be 6x per second 144hz ?
