Nothing really was underneath the road or the junction, by one side I mean that it was there both ways, but only one the west-facing side. The east-facing side was fine.

Sorry for the amount of edits. I really should be testing all at once before posting stuff.

It worked. I put the parameters: -preview Fechney -noworkshop.

I forgot the capital :).

I launched the game with just -preview fechney, and the game looked like it was loading, showing the ProMods loading screen with the orange bar.
