How can I lock the first axle of a dolly trailer in center?

During exams in Russia for CDL -grade, we use a dolly-trailer with a pin, which can be activated and locks the rotating first axle in central position. So parallel parking and backing is going on with locked dolly. How can I imitate it in game? Maybe some parameters can lock it?
