Will this mod affect other sound mods by other modders?

For some reason, it happens to me too, including when i use this mod on standalone maps. Like seriously?

Does this work on 1.37 or 1.38?

I have an issue, when i tried the addon for AI traffic, i entered the freeway, then got a huge "thing" on my windshield.
