Looking at the photos now it may be hard to spot but look just behind the passenger seat on the front face of the refrigerator, in the second picture you can clearly see that it is lit orange.

I thought so, and tried removing the mirror but the issue remains. Tried it on a vanilla account as well but the issue remained as well, but on a smaller scale. Regardless, I've made a bug report.
