How do you know from a video how TAA has been implemented?
After all you only see the end result.
There are different (theoretically infinite) possibilities to achieve that result.
(I assume it wasn't a video of the source code since Snowymoon hasn't shared it).

Reading the discussion about 1.50 here I can't help but wonder if it's not blown way out of proportion. From what I understand 1.50 will bring DX12/Vulcan, i.e., a new graphics core implementation.
No graphical changes just yet.
This will be the base for new-tech shaders and multi-core performance improvements later on.

I've driven in France as well (albeit a while ago) and I believe there are more reasons as to why traffic flows differently in France, than only indicator use
