Am I the only one who can't find distance to empty on new Cascadia dashboard? Because without it the dashboard is pretty useless for me. Also cruise control is much less visible in comparison to old dashboard.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong but there's no sounds for Detroit Diesel DD15 in Cascadia and Western Star. Dd13 is fine. Anyone have similar issue?
