As title says, it shows up for the first time at level 8 (it's the correct one), then it showed up again today, when I got to level 16 for some reason.

Running both games at 400% with every setting maxed out since the fps are hovering above 100 anyway, though they can tank to 70 in some cities (might be the late autumn mod I'm using though).
