i copied the whole file. Now i removed all unnecessary and renamed it (template.bluenorth.sii) and now i can save ;) But there is one silly Thing: When i remove the Name of the new template, e.g. sign_templ.bluenorth.01, the Editor doesn't find it anymore ;) so i have to make new template in Editor,...

what sii exactly do you mean?
i have a Project: BlueNorth.sii
my template Name is "nr2", the sii should be "nr2.sii". (if it would be saved)
