I’ll mainly be using some gaming related tools like an auto clicker or some game boosters. Other than that, a bit of photoshop maybe.

So my requirements are really basic and all I’ll be doing is play some small games, stream movies and use some basic microsoft softwares or third-party tools.
Games I usually play are Euro truck simulator 2, cookie clicker, clicker heroes and some roblox games like adopt me.

It might be a problem with your GPU or hard drive. Check both of them what's causing the issue.

Is it somewhere in Germany or France?

No, Everything is working fine on my mobile as well.
