It was incorrect in the last version because there aren't cutouts in the skirts for side exhausts. The 'photo' is from the online configurator on International's website, which isn't an actual truck or accurate to what can actually be configured.

The older brochures for the LT list a Black Cherry option for the Diamond trim:

Western Star 49X got a new exhaust option, "Western Star" stamped into the heatshields:

Not a bug, the inventory of used trucks changes after a set amount of time, usually after a few in-game days.

Twin side exhaust stacks are still available, you have to have the skirts removed, previously you could have skirts with side exhausts and that was incorrect since there isn’t a cutout for them.
