Sometimes, certain keys or controller items go missing while playing. e.g. the ESC key will no longer get the menu, or sometimes the key combo for the console doesn't work. Then if I restart, they come back. sometimes this happens from launch, other times it's fine and goes missing during a session....

I have your Transcontinental and it's a great mod. However, I don't understand why there are so many cabin / transmission etc files, when there are only a few variants of each?
