One way is to enter the Controls options screen in game (if the cursor keeps running away just center the wheel and press the pedals until it stops), scroll to bottom part of the dialog and press the Reset button in the "Alternate mouse cursor controller" section. It is fixable however it requires a large change to how that effect works. It will be fixed eventually.

It'd be great to see single-pass VR rendering introduced as you mentioned as that can have significant perormance improvements. I did some initial testing at the end of the previous year however the results were not good. Even the test which did just the duplicate rendering without using proper eye...

The basic issue is caused by the game currently using a newer API to present the image on the screen. The crash happens while updating skeleton of some animated model. Maybe there is some mismatch between some mod and the game data.

Yes. It updates the games to match the standard version. Plus it fixes bug where lights would be missing in some cases and repositions the WoTr event bar in ATS.
