The skill bonuses (long distance, fragile cargo etc) don't match the description (+5%, +10% etc) anymore, they're smaller than that.
Same goes for the proficiency bonus. It used to be 1% per level, it's less now, not even a whole number.

Of course I don't know whether they changed something but I can confirm that it's working for me too, today.
I can't tell what I did differently except not checking on WoTr between jobs.

I have the same "problem".
I finished 3 external jobs >300 km in a row perfectly delevered within 25 minutes each. After the first job WoTr counts to 1/3, after the second it's still 1/3, after the third it's reset to nothing.
Tried it several times, always the same result.

Restarting the game should help.

Many of the global statistics are wrong because they simply add ETS2 and ATS values. But that doesn't work for mean or peak values.
