Thanks cipinho! @natvander I did find that the GPS mod I was using was the issue. Thanks for bringing this up, and hopefully it helps someone else who may have the same issue. Either way, this has been resolved.

I only have that problem when I have a GPS mod enabled. Without it, I have easy access to both Portland and Astoria. You know, I didn't even think of that. I do in fact have a GPS mod. It just never crossed my mind that it could mess with the map. I'll disable that tomorrow, give it a good run and ...
